Nadine Tremblay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, with a major in management information systems and a minor in finance; her path mingled with human resources when she started giving training on management systems and from then on, various experiences took her from implementing large IT systems, pure human resources functions and change management.
With over 25 years in institutional, industrial and commercial organizations, in North American and international contexts, Nadine is seen as a human resources generalist for having carried over most specialist functions. In HRIS implementation projects, she is concerned with how each internal process and operation will be supported by the new system and constantly seeks potential fails between the two to optimize configurations or develop mitigation measures.
A certified Human Resource professional, Nadine is one of the firsts and few Quebec specialists to hold an HR Analytics certificate from Cornell University; she is currently completing a masters’ degree in people and organisation’s development with Université Laval.

Throughout the last 10 years, he has worked in an international context and had the opportunity to manage and lead many facets of the digital transformation of companies: ERP implementation, project and portfolio management, continuous improvement, governance (budget, compliance, resource management), business analysis, solution delivery, BI and operations support.

With more than 7 years of experience in payroll, Rami worked in various industries like transportation, technology and industrial development companies. Having a full understanding of the payroll process, he was heavily involved in multiple HRIS implementations, mainly the configuration of the compensation and benefits module and building BI reports. Rami has strong teamwork skills, problem-solving and time management. These skills help him to successfully deliver his projects and optimize the payroll management process.
